Many questions about the legal aspects of AI can be answered by LegalAIR. Or we can work with you to find the answer. But sometimes the answer cannot yet be given. For example, because this requires an assessment and advice by a lawyer/lawyer or another expert. Who that expert is depends on the question. It could be a question about, among other things:
- Functional aspects of building and training an AI application
- Ethical aspects of an AI application
- Cyber security of an AI application
- Compliance of an AI application with privacy regulations
- Compliance of an AI application with codes of conduct or other laws and regulations
- Questions about liability when using a concrete AI application
When there are these kinds of complex questions, LegalAIR can put you in touch with matter expert experts.
As the questioner, you then make agreements with these experts about the content and (financial) conditions for carrying out the work.
LegalAIR has a network of experts who can help you as questioner. After the work has been carried out, the knowledge gained (anonymised and abstracted) will be made available via LegalAIR. For example, in the form of a use case or Q&A.
